Most items are also available for shipping. Q: What types of products do you offer? A: I specialize in cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, cupcakes, and custom cakes. All are baked fresh to order. Q: How far in advance should I place an order? A: Please allow at lease 4-7 days for custom cakes and cheesecakes. Cookie bundles, cinnamon rolls, and mini cheesecakes can usually be order 2-4 days in advance, depending on availability.
Cookie & Bundle Questions Q: How does flavor selection work? A: Cookie flavors rotate bi-weekly. - 6 cookies boxes get up to 2 flavors - 12 cookie boxes get up to 4 flavors - Mix & Match Boxes allow a selection of cookies, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, mini cakes, or brownies. - If no flavors are selected, Baker's Choice will be provided. Q: Can I mix and match flavors for bundles? A: Yes! our Mix & March Boxes let you choose from cookies, cupcakes, mini cakes, cinnamon rolls, and brownies. Q: Can I customize the cookies or cupcake flavors? A: Only the flavors on the Weekly menu are available for bundles. Custom flavors are available for cakes and special orders.
Cake & Cheesecake Questions Q: What sizes and shapes are available for cakes? A: I offer: - 4" Round or Heart cake - 6" Round or Heart cake - 8" Round or Heart cake - 1/4 Sheet Cake Q: How are cheesecake orders handled? A: I offer mini 4" cheesecakes, full/regular sized, and deep dish cheesecakes via the custom order forms. Flavor options rotate bi-weekly. Minimum order for mini cheesecakes is 2 Q: Can I request a custom design for cakes or cheesecakes? A: Yes! Please submit your request through the Custom Cake or Custom Cheesecake order forms. I'll confirm pricing and availability.
Pickup, Delivery, & Shipping Q: Do you offer delivery? A: Yes - local pickup and delivery are available. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. Q: Do you offer shipping? A: Yes! Shipping is available for cookie boxes, but not for cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, or cinnamon rolls. Q: Can I schedule an exact pickup/delivery time? A: I do my best to accommodate your preferred time. Please include your desired date/time in the order form; I'll confirm with you.
Payments & Policies Q: How do I pay for my order? A: Payments are accepted through checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order. Custom orders will be paid through an invoice. Q: Can I cancel or change my order? A: Orders ay be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before pickup/delivery. Custom cakes or cheesecakes may have stricter policies due to preparation time.
