Because our products are made fresh to order, we ship orders twice per week to ensure the best quality upon arrival.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders placed Monday through Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.

• Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship on Monday.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Processing Time

All products are baked fresh and packaged carefully before shipment. Processing times are included in the shipping schedule above.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service selected.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Eat My Cookies (and Cakes Too)! is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being resent.

Product Condition Upon Arrival

We carefully package all orders to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, slight shifting or cosmetic imperfections may occur during transit and do not affect the quality or taste of the product.
